JUST FOR CONTEXT: Hulu is a subscription streaming service with over 42.8 million subscribers as of October 2021, but a more personalized and customizable service will be needed to put Hulu over its competitors.

Enhanced user flow during sign-up to minimize drop off rates and decrease user frustration.
Created unique, interchangeable email templates coded in HTML/CSS to provide articles, onboarding, shipping, and pre-cancel information to (in September 2019) 8,000+ users
Atolla, now Function of Beauty, Internship (2019)
JUST FYI: Atolla is a personalized skin-care start up that offers at-home skin tests and uses machine-learning to create monthly serums and recommendations, but its complicated science needed to be translated to an everyday user.
Redesigned the on-boarding flow to raise conversion rate of users who bought the skin kit to purchasing the serum from 50% to 80%
